Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

How orders are made

Every item is made to order. Nothing is held in stock. That means your order goes through two separate stages, and the second one is the only one most shipping policies bother to mention:

  1. Production — your garment is printed, embroidered, and labelled to order. This takes 7 to 10 business days. Our pieces carry woven labels and embroidered detail rather than a plain print, and that work takes longer than a standard printed tee.
  2. Transit — the finished item ships standard service, typically 1 to 5 business days within the US.

In practice, expect roughly two to three weeks from placing your order to opening the box. Production time is not shipping time. We would rather say that plainly than have you counting days against the wrong clock.

Orders with several different designs take longer than orders with one, because each design is a separate production step.

Shipping rates and speed

Shipping within the US is a flat $9.95 per order, however many items you buy. Orders of $100.00 or more ship free. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

We offer one shipping speed, and there is no paid rush option. We would rather not sell you a faster service than our production can actually support.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Order changes and cancellation

Because items are made to order, an order can only be changed or cancelled before it enters production. That is usually a short window after you order, and we cannot guarantee it — once the garments have been pulled and the print or embroidery has started, the item exists and it exists only for you.

Email sales@trackday.fit with your order number as soon as you know, and we will do whatever is still possible. The sooner you write, the more that is.

Delays

Production and carrier estimates are estimates. Weather, carrier backlogs, and peak periods move them. If something has gone wrong with your order we will tell you rather than waiting for you to ask.

If your order does not arrive

Lost in transit. If tracking stops moving and the carrier loses your parcel before it is delivered, we remake and reship your order at no cost to you. Email sales@trackday.fit with your order number.

Damaged in transit. If the parcel or the garment arrives damaged, send us a photograph with your order number and we will replace it at our cost. You will not need to send anything back.

Marked delivered, but not there. This one is genuinely harder, and we would rather be straight with you than pretend otherwise. Once a carrier scans a parcel as delivered we have no way to recover it and no claim to make on your behalf. In most cases it turns up — with a neighbour, behind a gate, in a mailroom, or with whoever handles post at that address, and a delivery scan is occasionally a day early. Please check those first.

If it is genuinely gone, still write to us. We look at these case by case and we do not treat you as a suspect for asking. But we cannot promise an automatic replacement for a parcel the carrier says it delivered, and we are not going to print a promise we cannot keep.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. It is the single most common cause of an order going wrong, and it is the one thing we cannot verify for you.

An error caught before production starts can usually be fixed at no cost — email us immediately. Once an item has been made and shipped to the address you supplied, correcting it means making the garment again. In that case we will quote you the replacement cost before charging anything, and we will never charge you without asking first.
